"How Can We Manifest Our Respect for the Earth?” – topic this month

On Wednesday, June 25th, at 7:15 pm, a group gathers in the chapel at Princess Gardens to share a topic they chose the month before. The format for sharing is the listening circle, or as Friends call it 'worship-sharing.' The intention is to listen for Spirit speaking within us and to listen deeply to one another as we share what comes out of the silence. Unlike Meeting for Worship, although one can 'pass,' in a listening circle usually everyone speaks. We return to the silence between each sharing, during which the group holds in the Light what has been said and listens for the next words that are spoken. As the months pass, we do get to know one another in the things which are eternal.
