Tai Chi in the Gardens

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art of gentle, flowing movement that is known for its health benefits. Regular practice can prevent pain and stiffness, lower blood pressure, improve balance and increase energy. Can be performed seated or standing and is open to all ability levels.
