This is a FREE event taking place at the Midland Yoga Collective on 5/31 at 11am.

Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, experiencing symptoms such as leaking, pain, or constipation or simply curious about this often overlooked area of wellness, this session is for you.

In this engaging lecture-style workshop you’ll learn:
-What the pelvic floor is and why it matters
-How to establish healthy bowel & bladder habits
-Whether kegels are right for you (hint: they aren’t always the answer!)
-Breathing techniques that support a strong, functional pelvic floor
