Cardio Drumming

Join us for a fun hour of cardio. All levels & ages are welcome. Equipment needed is a yoga ball, bucket & drumsticks. Limited equipment is available for rent for $5.00 and needs to be reserved ahead of time by texting Julie @ 989 948-8198. Class cost is donation based (recommended $5.00).
