Comfort Measures and Labor positions class

This class will teach you all the ways to cope with the intensity of labor, and practice different positions you can use during your birthing time and pushing stage. This is a great option if you have are having a baby SOON and need a crash course on how to get through labor without the use of medication. Or maybe you have taken a full childbirth ed class in the past and just need a quick afternoon refresher course.

Class will be in a group format with other expecting families. Light refreshments will be provided during class, but feel free to bring your own meal or snacks if desired. Class will be relaxed and open for lots of discussion and questions. I want you to feel confident going into your birthing journey!

Class registration fee includes pregnant person and one support person.
