Daniel Haas - mostly known as STURMHERTA - is exploring synthesizer-based sounddesign methods, as well as immersive audiovisual techniques, presented as performance or installations that test the limits of human perception. Most of his work requires to be experienced live as they often use physical phenomena or just focus on the sheer intensity of sound. A special interest lies in the translation and connection between the visual and the audible, beeing the major element in audiovisual works.
