Boast on the Coast

A pin will be dropped and shared here at 7am that morning, to share our exact location on the beach. Other details:

* Bring your family and/or friends. All are welcome!
* Bring what you would usually bring to a beach day: tent, towels, sunblock, food, water... etc.
* If you'd like to participate in the workout, come prepared.
