π₯WHAT IS TWERK?
Twerking is a style of dance that emphasizes rhythmic, isolated movements of the hips and lower body π Originating from West African traditional dances, twerking has deep cultural roots but gained mainstream popularity through its incorporation into hip-hop and pop culture.
While some view it as provocative, twerking is ultimately a dance form that allows individuals to connect with their bodies, celebrate movement, and embrace self-expression π―
In the TWERK FOUNDATIONS class, youβll learn the basic techniques and movements of twerking while practicing short combos over the course of seven weeksβall while burning calories and having loads of fun! π₯

β’β β Get a killer workout while having fun
π What to Bring:
β’β β Booty shorts or loose-fit shorts.
β’β β Kneepads (or long pants if you donβt have them).

Meet Kreete - the dancing queen with over two decades of experience! Not only has she dominated Estonian and international competitions both solo and with groups, but she's also passed on her skills to her students for over 10 years. With a diverse background in street dance, ballroom, and high heels, Kreete has truly mastered the art of movement. π
Kreete has taken her talents beyond the stage and into music videos and production shows, all while training with the top dancers and teachers from around the world. And let's not forget her sense of humor - it's the cherry on top of her impressive resume. π
