We had a spontaneous burst of creativity and decided to make some room for the spirit of Mezcal at Cork — for one special night only!
While “Mezcal Monday” had a nice ring to it, we quickly realized Mondays aren’t ideal for indulgence. So, we're flipping the script: Mezcal Monday… on a Saturday!
The decorations are chosen, sombreros are ready, mezcal cocktail recipes have been perfected, and, most importantly, the mezcal has been carefully selected.
