Start the week with relaxing yoga on the water. Choose the session that suits you - 5:30pm or 6:30pm, each class is 50mins & includes a gentle paddleboard round to the yoga dock before settling in for a peaceful practice.
No experience required, our talented SUP Yoga Instructors, will gently guide you through a flow which is especially adapted for the paddleboard.

There’s nothing quite like it for clearing the mind and relaxing the body.
