HER SPORTS is coming to Manassas! This two-part Built to Win workshop series is designed to empower, educate, and elevate girls in the 3rd to 8th grades through sports, mentorship, and wellness. It’s not just a motto—it’s a mindset. Through interactive sessions, hands-on learning, and real-life skills, girls will gain the tools to lead with confidence both on and off the field.

Part 1: July 26, 2025: Heart & Hustle
Part 2: August 2, 2025: Lead Like a Champion

Timeline / Ages: 3rd - 5th Graders (10 a.m.-11:30 a.m.); 6th-8th Graders (12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m.)
