Come and join me for a FREE kickboxing π₯class at The Ark in Jackson this coming Monday (June 30) at 7:15 pm. All fitness level and ages 12 and up are welcome.πͺπΏ
The class is free however you will have to pay cost of entry into the facility ($5).
We also will have limited amounts of gloves on hand to use so get there early to grab a pair and cover some basics before the class starts.
