💊 ADHD & Medication: A Women’s Group Chat
🗓 Date: Saturday, September 7th
🕒 Time: 3:00–5:00 PM
📍 Location: Central Resource Library, Logan Conference Room
💵 Cost: Free (Registration Required – Limited Seats!)
🔗 Registration opens August 1st
🧠 Let’s talk medication—openly, honestly, and judgment-free.
Finding the right ADHD medication (or deciding whether to use it at all) can feel like navigating a maze. From figuring out side effects and dosage timing to dealing with supply shortages and stigma, it’s no surprise that medication is one of the most talked-about—and most confusing—parts of managing ADHD.
This small group session offers a space for women with ADHD to come together and share experiences, ask questions, and explore what’s worked (or not) in real life.
💬 What to expect:
Group coordinators Christina Pynn and Lauren Dreher will kick things off with a brief overview of common issues related to managing ADHD medication—especially those that affect women. Then we’ll open the floor for group discussion so participants can learn from one another.
