Artistic Encounters LGBTQ+ Spotlight Week with Zurray!

zurray! - (The artist formerly known as Ziree Sun) is a local rapper and neo-soul artist based in Eugene. zurray! was a good change representing the widening of their range and allowing them to release more art that aligns with their variety of musical loves! Writing from their perspective as a black trans and queer artist in a world that wasn't built for them, they express a lot of their own emotions and struggles in their music, while celebrating the beauty and joy of creating as a “local celebrity”.
