Workshop for pupils and teachers of the Alexander Technique with Irmel Weber

In this workshop I would like to introduce and work with spirals. I would like you to have fun with improvised movements which can lead us to a dance performance. We will also explore how we can use the Alexander Technique in learning something new.

In addition we will work on how to use the Alexander Technique in daily activities. I would especially like to answer personal questions and issues.
