This weeks jam will be a littlebit different, it is a workshop. It is hosted by EggSquishIt! They are going to the EUROPROV 2025 improv festival in Vienna to play a show 30. July, and to teach a 3 hour workshop "Tripple Threat: Actor, Performer, Director".
EggSquishIt has contributed a lot to Impro Neuf over the past few years. Everyone is or has been in an Impro Neuf board. Among 4 members, they have 2 leaders, 2 pr managers and 2 general boardmembers. Several workshop-coordinators. Everyone have taught many workshops. Although this workshop is a testrun, you will be in good hands!
About the workshop:
Great improv isn’t just about characters—it’s about presence, awareness, and play. In this advanced workshop, Oslo’s Egg Squish It! will guide you through the strange and exciting space between performer, character, and director. You’ll learn how to support scenes with bold edits, playful mischief, and strong point-of-view, while staying fully present and connected. You’ll gain insight into what makes a scene work—and what makes it fun to watch. Whether you're playing, directing, or both at once, this workshop will sharpen your instincts and unlock new possibilities.
