* Understand the Health Benefits and Uses of Medicinal Plants – Participants will explore the traditional and contemporary uses of various herbs to support physical and emotional well-being.
* Prepare Simple Herbal Remedies – Participants will gain hands-on experience making teas, tinctures, salves, or infusions using safe and effective methods.

Her expertise includes Horticultural Therapy and a strong background in sustainable vegetable production. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with a concentration in art therapy. Marlena strives to foster a compassionate, resilient and holistic approach to all of her work.
