Beginner's Yoga with Amber

This is a slower paced class designed for the beginner to understand the basics of yoga flow. There will be an overview at the start of class, and demonstrations throughout. Focus will be on connecting breath to movement, and alignment to inner awareness. Yoga is not about perfection, but about finding what works for your body.
All levels are welcome!
Gym mats will cover the floor, you're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, or some will be available for purchase, but they aren't necessary.
$10 per participant
