TORSO MAN is the lo-fi, emotionally raw project of singer-songwriter Danny O’Connell, crafting sad, stripped-back songs that waver between intimacy and unraveling. Rooted in indie folk, bedroom pop, and acoustic emo, his music explores heartbreak, confusion, and the quiet ache of being alive.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Danny has been writing songs and playing live music since he was a kid—now older, wearier, and still holding the same thread.

Reintroducing songs once released under the name Homeless Heart, TORSO MAN presents them now with new clarity and intention—under a name that reflects the vulnerable, unfinished body of feeling at the center of his writing.
