Come join us for a 4-week course to enhance your focus and feel more grounded. Life can get super noisy—constant distractions, stress, and a million things pulling us in different directions. It’s no wonder we end up feeling tired, off track, or just not like ourselves.

This course is all about slowing down a bit and learning how to tune in. We’ll talk about concentration—not in a boring, strict way, but as this amazing inner tool that can help you feel more clear, calm, and connected. Each week, we’ll go through some simple lessons and read from a book together to support the practice. No pressure—just thoughtful, guided sessions to help you reflect and grow.

We’ll meet 4 consecutive Wednesdays from 7:30PM to 9:00PM starting 6/18 and the cost it’s just $10 per class. Bring a notepad or something to write on—there’ll be some gems you’ll definitely want to jot down. If that sounds like something you need, we’d love to have you join in!
