Join us on June 25 for an exhibit opening that celebrates 100 years of the University of Minnesota Press. The program begins with remarks at 6 p.m., followed by a reception and exhibit-viewing. The event is free and open to all. Please register if you plan to attend!

Throughout its history, the University of Minnesota Press has published groundbreaking ideas and creative voices, maintaining its strong commitment to emerging areas of global scholarship and a close connection to its region and communities. Its adventurous editorial initiatives continue to explore new areas of interdisciplinary scholarship and literary innovation. Together, we’ll celebrate the Press’s history and its dynamic, diverse publishing program!

EVENT PROGRAM

6 p.m. – Doors open
6:15-6:45 p.m. – Welcome and brief remarks from the Libraries and the University of Minnesota Press in the Givens Conference Suite 120 (first floor)
6:45-8 p.m. – Exhibit viewing and reception following the program in the Maxine Wallin Special Collections Research Center (ground floor)
