Do you want to move on but find it difficult to forgive?

Unfortunately, many people of us are carrying the memory of painful experiences from the past. It’s not that we don’t want to move on, it’s just that we don’t know how.

Buddhist wisdom gives us tools that allow us to forgive, and to free ourself from experiences of the past so that we can live our best life.

Join us for this workshop, in which Buddhist nun, Kelsang Khandro, will share understandings that enable you to recognise and know clearly the causes of your painful feelings, and methods to reduce their severity. She will also explain how to cultivate ways of thinking that not only lead to forgiveness, but eventually towards compassion for the people who have harmed us.

🔹how forgiveness frees us from the past;
🔹how to prioritise your happiness; and
🔹how to develop compassion for everyone – including those who have harmed us.
