Do you ever feel stuck in a state of overwhelm or self-criticism?
The way in which we relate to ourselves affects every part of our life. If we’re excessively self-critical our sense of self-worth and esteem suffers. Over time, these feelings lead to a less connected and joyful life and damage our relationships with others.
There is a way to move beyond being so hard on ourselves and navigate our life with resilience, whilst being kind to ourselves.
Buddha encouraged us to be our own friend, not our own enemy. We can all learn how to do this.
During the workshop with Buddhist teacher, Belinda Read, you’ll learn tried and tested methods to help you how to:
🔹Let go of the things in your life that are beyond your control;
🔹Stop identifying with the faults you perceive in yourself; and
🔹Greet each day with joy, and welcome difficulties as an opportunity for inner development.
By applying these methods each day, you’ll feel comfortable in your own skin, confident about life and find yourself living a truly happiness life.
