Deep Relaxation: Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra

On Sunday, July 6th, after a day of the Saltwater Markets and the Art Trail, carve out some time in your to rest and experience deep relaxation.

It is said that a yoga nidra session is equivalent to 8 hours of sleep! Yoga nidra is the place between our awake and sleep state. It's activating deep conscious awareness, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, slowing down your brain waves. What else does this? Sound. Together, they are a powerful combination.

At my last session at Yoga Day Sydney to over 100 people, I had a line of people afterwards telling me how they felt deeply relaxed for the first time in a long time.

Come, try it out for yourself amidst the candles and fairy lights, and the sound of the crystal singing bowls bowls, chimes, drums and more bring you into a peaceful state of rest, release and restore.

A yoga nidra and sound bath session is a powerful way to bring your mind, body and spirit back into a state of harmony.

Please dress warm and cozy. Please bring a warm blanket, pillow/ cushion and a mat. Go all out and make yourself a warm nest! Bring cushions, sleeping bags, whatever you need to be warm and cozy. I also have a few mats available. Let me know if you need them as I only have 6.

Investment:
$35 solo
$50 bring a friend

Where: Bundeena Uniting Church Hall
