This month we are cleaning up around two notorious stations , Becontree and Dagenham Heathway and the area inbetween around Parsloes Park .
We are a friendly group and everyone is welcome - all equipment is provided like litter pickers , gloves and bags . All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and commitment.
We spend two hours scouring the streets clean and then we will be heading to The Lord Denman Pub in Heathway for a well earned drink.
