The name “Hotwaxx” has been deeply embedded in Detroit’s dance scene in clubs ‘Cheeks’, ‘The Warehouse’, ‘Heaven’, ‘Studio 54’, ‘Grasshopper Underground’, ‘Populux’, ‘Menjo’s’, ‘Heaven’, ‘TV Bar’ and more since 1989. Her international presence includes performing in London, Ibiza, Berlin, Amsterdam, Toronto, and across the USA in New York at the famous Apollo Theatre, Soul Camp in California, including Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose, and Los Angeles; Miami, Atlanta, and Chicago.

GYLL’s musical signature blends deep, minimal, and progressive house with a soulful,
playful essence. What truly distinguishes GYLL is his joyful, technical delivery during
performances that illustrate his passion, knowledge and respect for dance music and
the art of DJing. He believes playing music is about not taking oneself too seriously
while being creative, patient, and sharing moments with friends and family. GYLL has
the unique ability to craft an electric connection and lead you on a musical journey
where YOU are the most important part of the performance.
Darryl G
The Sound that is Darryl G can be gritty, hard, deep, soulful and fun. This comes from a love of many different genre’s including Rock, Pop, Disco, R&B, Jazz, New Wave, Alternative, Classical and more. The drum beat and syncopated rhythm being a main stay provides the connective thread to go on a musical journey of sound. Taking the listener on an unforgettable ride. Often times in one set exploring several genres to make a fun and unique experience for the listener.
DJ Red-I
Brittany ”Red-I” Benton has cemented herself as an integral part of the city’s music scene for over a decade. Best known for her hard-hitting DJ sets combining hip-hop, house, funky breaks and Afro-Caribbean vibes. Any given night, she can be heard mixing J Dilla, Anderson Paak and Bob Marley back-to-back with her own production. She is also one half of the hip-hop duo, FreshProduce.(Best of Cleveland 2019) and the founder of Beat Freak, Cleveland’s monthly beats showcase. In 2018, she opened Brittany’s Record Shop, an independent record store that focuses on hip-hop, reggae and soul. The storefront doubles as a community space for aspiring producers and local artists by hosting DIY concerts and showcases for the local music scene. According to Benton, "you have to be apart of the scene that you want to see. That said, I'm always thinking about how about what I can give before what I can get out of someone or something."
In 2019, she was nominated as 'Best DJ' in Cleveland Scene Magazine's Best of Cleveland.
