Experience in retail banking operations, including cashiering, account handling, compliance (AML/KYC), and a good understanding of retail banking products, branch operations, and sales processes.
Preferred qualification: Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of banking-related experience

Good understanding of retail banking products, digital channels, and credit processes, with the ability to support Relationship Managers, manage client portfolios, and contribute to sales and income growth in the Prestige segment.
Preferred qualification: Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of banking-related experience, with sound knowledge of banking regulations, AML/KYC compliance, and operational risk standards.

Preferred qualification: Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of banking-related experience, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and the end-to-end sales and service process.
