Walking the Labyrinth

Our next presentation, Walking the Labyrinth will be held within the Mary Elliot Room by Dr. Brother Barry Donaghue (Christian Brother).
Labyrinths are ancient. Rock carvings over 40,00 years old have been found, and in-ground versions as far as 4,00 years back, right around the world. They are powerful for spiritual beings such as we, having a human experience. The sacred geometry inscribed within sacred space can work with the archetypes within us to help solve lifeβs conundrums, and on another level to provide a path into liminal experience. The aim of the morning will be to open up some of the possibilities and to provide time, space and silence in which to explore them. You will be able to walk the 11-circuit Chartres labyrinth at Winbourne.
