The AGM will include an overview of the Group’s 2023–2024 performance, financial highlights, iwi development initiatives, and strategic priorities for 2024–2025 as outlined in our latest Annual Report. Hard copies of the Annual Report will also be available on the day.
The agenda will be made available prior to the hui.
This AGM will also include a special vote by Adult Registered Members on proposed amendments to the Te Kotahitanga o Te Arawa Waka Fisheries Trust Deed. These amendments are required to meet legislative updates under the Māori Fisheries Amendment Act 2024 and reflect updated governance practices and whakapapa validation processes.
