Death Cafe

We are pleased to announce that the Death Cafe is returning to the library for 2025.
Anyone is welcome to pop in for a chat, cuppa and cake.

Death Café is an international initiative that aims to
increase awareness of death and help people make the
most of their (finite) lives.
Enjoy a group-directed discussion about death with no
agenda, objectives or themes. It’s more of a discussion
group than a grief support or counselling session.
Death Café is always offered:
On a not-for-profit basis
In an accessible, respectful and confidential space
With no intention of leading people to any
conclusion, product or course of action
