Join us for a powerful morning of mind-body techniques designed to help you shift from feeling overwhelmed to feeling steady and centered. This experiential workshop introduces evidence-based tools to regulate your nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re facing stress, burnout, trying to recover from addiction, or just need to breathe again—this session will give you something solid to stand on.

No previous experience necessary. Attend one session or both.

Meet Your Facilitator: Erica Astle
Erica Astle is a certified facilitator through the Center for Mind Body Medicine and is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work at New Mexico State University. She has 10 years of experience with case management, program management, and nonprofit leadership and has facilitated Mind Body Skills groups for over three years with parents, professionals, and teenagers. These skills have helped her stay present and regulated in an emotionally demanding career and as a parent to two young toddlers. She love sharing these skills with others and loves the connection that comes from the group setting.
