SAIL (Stay Active & Independent for Life) is a professionally led program of exercise techniques designed to promote fitness and balance.
This program is offered every Friday at 10 am, led by instructor Nancy. Participants are welcome to attend one or all classes.
Comfortable attire is recommended, and no equipment is required. A suggested donation of $2 per class is appreciated. Thank you!
