Understanding Your Dreams with John Cappello

This workshop is an introductory course about examining dreams and their hidden meanings.
The course will cover the concept of the “dream state” and the importance of having dreams in maintaining a healthy life.

One of the topics will be dream profiles, based on the personality of each person and the lessons that can be learned by understanding an individual.

The workshop will identify common themes, recurring dreams, and precognitive dreams, as well as the principal emotions they represent.
Participants will be taught methods to analyze and decipher the symbols within each dream. Please bring a notebook for notes.
