This Mixed with Love class is open to everyone no matter your shape, size, color, or age. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this class is designed to help you flow with ease, stretch deeply, and connect through breathwork, movement, and worship meditation at the end.
Led by @officiallyyogaro , with special guest yogis joining in, this experience is about more than just yoga—it’s about unity, laughter, connection, health, wealth, and great energy. Prayer and worship mediation is always the ending.. Come move, breathe, and grow with us! Bring your water and yoga mats.
