Chair Yoga - Experience the benefits of yoga and mindful movement in a low-stress environment suitable for adults of all ages who are living with limited mobility due to age, injury, pregnancy, chronic illness, or a sedentary lifestyle. Participants will use a chair for support as we move through gentle yoga postures and movements. Please wear clothing that you can move in and either grippy socks or bare feet. Feel free to bring yoga blocks for extra support.
