Looking to work on strength, endurance, and flexibility? This program led by athlete Paige Kisley, will help participants reach their goals and increase their confidence through fun, body weight workouts.
Youth going into 4th grade up to 8th grade are welcome to join in this program- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - or all three days of the week!
$6.00 CRC members (per session) // $9.00 non-members (per session)
