* Whether you’re looking for a tough workout or just starting your fitness journey, I’m here to help you. I can adapt the exercises to fit your needs.
* 3-round circuit, 6 different exercises per round, performed with brief rest between exercises.
* Total Time Breakdown: 60 minutes
* Introduction to to Class: 5 minutes
* Warm-up/Stretch: 10 minutes
* Main workout: 35 minutes
Cool-down & stretching: 10 minutes
