Directed Dance Flow - Blacklight Workshop

Less talking and more dancing! Dance flow can be a meditative experience where you let your brain turn off and you just go with the flow by playing a big game of Follow the Leader. It can also be a great way to “learn by doing.” In this workshop you will have three 10-15 minute sessions of pure dancing with water breaks and brief activity explanations in between. No previous dance experience is required.
