Yoga with a view! Meet at Wade's Bayou in Douglas....at the end of Center St. every Friday at 8:30am.
This class is open to all levels of yoga, beginners to experienced yogis. It's a time to focus on you, check in with your body and open yourself up a bit!
Please bring your own mat and a blanket/towel to put underneath...it helps when on the grass, I will have some to borrow as well!
Cost is $10 walk in! You can pay cash or Venmo at Heather-Winia, PayPal at aGVhdGhlcmdyb292ZXMgfCBnbWFpbCAhIGNvbQ== or here online! It is not necessary to register ahead of time, you can just show up, we will be there!
This class will flow for all levels of ability and no experience is necessary.
Head over to the Saugatuck Farmers Market, shop or eat breakfast in their downtown or spend the day on one of the beautiful beaches nearby! Make a whole day of it every Friday!! Why not, YOLO!!
