Songa is a roots folk/country band led by Mario & Sherry Friedel in the Chippewa Valley. Their live performances showcase a soulful blend of folk, blues, country and bluegrass, delivered with raw authenticity. Catya, an experienced musician skilled in multiple genres completes the String Band.. Multi-instrumentalists playing guitar, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, ukulele, harmonica and melodica, they cover popular songs from the last 5 decades, along with tasteful originals.
