💫 My research focused on core stability and physical activity participation in mothers. If you struggle with pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, low back pain and wish to improve your core strength, then this class is for you! If you desire to flatten your stomach and improve muscle tone in your core, this class is for you! The focus is improving the core function so you can participate in physical activity with less pain and improve your mobility!
