Advanced Care Planning Workshop

Join St. Croix Hospice during Regency of Clinton's weekly open house to learn about Advanced Care Planning.

This workshop will prepare you with the power and resources to make your Health Care wishes known for the future.

As quality of life is important to us all, we want to make sure that those who may one day help make decisions for us know what quality of life looks like for us.

After the workshop, guests are welcome to participate in a tour of the Regency. Light refreshments and snacks to be served.
