Th perfect way to start your day - Yoga on Oval Beach! All levels and ages are welcome to attend. Modifications will be given to meet your needs. Credit card in advance is preferred or cash/check $20. Punch card holders and members are also welcome. Mats provided or towel. Meet on the North end of the beach. June through August.
