This Beginner’s course is designed especially for those who are new to yoga or are looking to revisit the basics in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Each week, we’ll explore a few foundational poses at a comfortable pace, focusing on clear, thoughtful instruction and mindful movement. These foundational yoga poses are practiced with focus on alignment, strength, stretch, and balance. Breathing techniques and complete relaxation included. Students have plenty of time to ask questions and get feedback from Kate Stenson, RYT-500.
