Tuesday Night Track Workout - Change of Venue

Hudson Bay Track is being resurfaced and is closed for the next 6 weeks. We will be meeting a Covington Middle School Track until Hudson Bay Track is open again.

The Warm-up:

1200 meter jog followed by stretching.

The WOW:

Intermediate:
8 x 400m + 100m RI

Advanced:
12 x 400m + 100m RI

The Cool-down:

1200 meter jog followed by shin mobility and stretching.
