Designed for social workers, counselors, and helping professionals, this experiential training will equip you to support clients experiencing grief and lossβ€”whether in an office setting or alongside a horse.

🧠 Morning Session (9 AM – 12 PM): Classroom-Based Training
*Understand core grief theories (Kubler-Ross, Worden’s Tasks)
*Explore the role of horses in emotional processing
*Learn ethical considerations and social work responsibilities in grief support

🐴 Afternoon Session (1 – 4:30 PM): Hands-On Equine Experience at Double Hearts Ranch
*Engage with horses to mirror and process emotional cues
