The Yoga Flow Class combines movement series and breath work to anchor you into your center, and then expand your awareness into greater depths of self-connection. The lengthening nature of many poses re-teach your body how to let go of stress and be limber. Many of the poses also activate your muscles with body weight resistance to firm the body and yourself with postural strength. The flow builds through the practice and comes back down in a wave pattern mirroring nature’s natural rhythms. Body cues and class narrative contribute to a wholistic experience of unifying your mind body and spirit together to experience the core being as a harmonized state.
