This hands-on class invites you to taste, learn, and discover how food can elevate the flavor of every sip and visversa. Our summer edition features five refined pairings inspired by iconic Texas flavors, reimagined in elegant, bite-sized form; from smoked hot link sliders with crisp slaw to a refreshing mangonada.

Led by our knowledgeable team, you'll taste each wine first on its own, then with a pairing, and again to see how the flavors evolve. After the guided tasting, you're encouraged to mix and match for yourself; because the best pairing is the one you love most.
