Barre is a low impact workout that incorporates classical ballet barre exercises. Each class will include free weights, Barre exercises, and mat work. The elements of this class are designed to work the muscles to fatigue. Stretching throughout class is used to ensure long, lean muscles and to prevent soreness. No ballet experience is required. Basic ballet exercises are explained step by step. Modifications will be provided to accommodate varying fitness levels. Barre/ballet socks are highly recommended
