Ultimate frisbee skills and pick up

Come along to fine tune your frisbee skills and play some female pick up

Who: female matching players who have basic to advanced frisbee skills
What: 1 hour of skills followed by women's pickup

Bring a light and a dark top for pick ups.

20 SEP - Nicole defensive positioning
